Posie Inez Lester was
the daughter of Charles D. and Mary Ellen (Wright)
Lester. She was their fourth child. She married George
Thomas Akers June 14, 1897. They had five children. She died
at age 37. Her children were given homes by her relatives.
It is not known why the spelling of her name is "Posey" on the tombstone,
rather than "Posie."
